The office is conveniently located near the master bedroom and could serve as a guest bedroom or nursery. The flex space could be a hobby center, second office, laundry center or additional storage. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling along with his and her walk in closets and dual lavatories There is also an additional vanity for her. The garage is sized to accommodate two full size vehicles. The vaulted screen porch is designed to allow a breeze to blow through with no obstructions on either side. A: Good morning, No, the 2200 is only the heated and cooled portions of the house. The screened porch, covered porch, garage and any outside storage would be classified as unheated in the plans. Have a great day and God bless! Stephen Mathis, CPBD
A: Good afternoon, There are three doors on the front. Usually people make two of them fixed, and the entry is usually nicer or different than the others. The plans call for 13’-6” to the flat part, but you can attach the ceiling lower or higher depending on your preference. The windows in the bath are 3 feet wide and 1 foot tall. The top of them is 7’-6” above the floor. So there is plenty of room for the counter and a nice mirror, then the window, then above the window there is room for wall mounted light too. Yes, the brick arches could be omitted and it could all be open. Let us know if we can help any other way. God bless! Stephen Mathis, CPBD
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
