A: Hello, We do not have a plan as requested. We could modify the plans to create it for $450 in addition to the purchase of the plan package. Allow 2 to 3 weeks. When your ready to proceed, call the website to place an order. Be sure to tell them that you have requested modifications by the designer. We will then discuss any specifics or questions you may have, and create preliminary plans for your review. Once approved, we complete the plans, and then process the modification fee upon completion. Thanks!
A: Hello, We are not able to change the measurements to metric. Perhaps a newer version of CAD software would have that option, but ours does not. Sorry
A: Hello, Notice that this plan does come with a plan for a detached two car carport. It could be built attached to the rear right corner, and enclosed to be a garage if you wish. Another option is for us to modify the plan for you to add a 2 or 3 car garage to the rear right corner. The cost to modify the plans as mentioned would be $425 in addition to the plan package. Allow 3 to 5 working days for prelim. plans, and another 6 to 8 working days for final plans. You may also like a very similar version with the garage already attached- see plan 59155 Thanks.
A: This plan does already come with a plan for a detached 24'-8" x24'-8" detached two car carport. You could build it attached to the rear or right side of the house, or detached wherever you want. See plan 59134 for an example of how a garage could be added onto the rear right corner. It is also possible to add a garage to the right side, with entry through the flex space area. Thanks.
