Ask the Designer any question you may have. NOTE: If you have a plan modification question, please click on the Plan Modifications tab above.
A: Thank you for the question. The house is drawn with a basement foundation and the furnace and hot water heater are located in the basement. There is a beam that runs left to right half way between front and back of the house and the hot water heater and furnace are placed to the front of that beam, about 14’ from the right side wall. That is an optional location. We do not show heating and plumbing runs. We enable the customer/homeowner to meet with the subcontractors and locate the HVAC where best fits their needs. Our location noted is what we consider the best location but may not work for every customer. Thanks again Pat
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
