A: Good Morning, Thank you for your question regarding plan #41159. When it comes to the upstairs having a 2 bedroom apartment, it looks like this plan has a recreation room above it. If you would like to add in a 2 bedroom apartment, you are welcome to send us a detailed list or sketch of the layout and details you would like to incorporate into the new apartment area. We will be able to then provide you a quote for your modification request. We did find an alternate plan that is very similar to the plan you have picked out but already has an upstairs apartment. We have included a link to the alternate plan below. This will potentially save on modification costs and may better suit your design goals. All of our plans are modifiable to meet your plan needs.
