This Garage plan is perfect for the motor enthusiast. The double-decker twelve car garage plan is on a sloped lot and can be accessed from the front of the garage or to the rear, down below. The second and lower half of the garage is considered to be a daylight basement, with a fireplace and storage area. This large garage has six 9' by 8' doors. The deck wrapping all the way around to the back half of the garage make for excellent views on your hillside lot.What's Included?

A: We have consulted with our design staff and they have determined the following regarding the questions outlined below: • Yes, the unfinished basement is 1539 sq. ft. • Yes, the basement is a daylight garage basement. • Main level garage:1593 sq. ft. Lower Basement garage: 1539 sq. ft. • There is no loft area above the main garage level. • The stairs are inside the exterior garage wall, and go from the main level down to the basement garage. • The storage area in the basement garage is under the stairs. It starts out at 10’ and goes down with the stair treads.
