Q:Do you offer a 2x6 wall option? (CHP customer)
A:Hello, We do have this plan with 2x6 exterior walls, in regular orientation, with either slab or crawlspace foundation at no extra cost.
However, if the client needs the right reading reverse, or the basement foundation option, the cost to modify the plans would be $175 in addition to the plan package, and any other options they may choose.
Allow 4 to 6 working days if modifications are required. No delay if they choose either of the no extra cost options.
