Plan Description
A trio of neatly spaced dormers rise above the pillared front porch of this popular 1,800 sq. ft. one story. Inside, the foyer opens to a flex space that could easily serve as either a den or dining room. A vaulted ceiling soars above the great room with access to the covered rear porch. Open interaction is enjoyed between the great room, breakfast area and kitchen, which includes an island, built-in pantry and easy access to a large utility room. Bedroom privacy is maintained with excellent separation between the master and secondary bedrooms. The master suite showcases pampering features commonly found in much larger homes, such as the corner jet tub and spacious walk-in closet. A: Hello, We do have this plan with 2x6 exterior walls, in regular orientation, with either slab or crawlspace foundation at no extra cost. However, if the client needs the right reading reverse, or the basement foundation option, the cost to modify the plans would be $175 in addition to the plan package, and any other options they may choose. Allow 4 to 6 working days if modifications are required. No delay if they choose either of the no extra cost options.
