Q: Do you have a slab or crawlspace version for this plan?
A: Hello, See plan 60115 for a very similar slab or crawlspace version. The basement stairs and entry hall and closet have been eliminated, since the basement stairs are not needed for the slab and crawlspace version. The footage is reduced to 915 s.f., due to the elimination of the entry hall and the small counter. Otherwise, its identical. If you prefer to start with plan 60118, and modify it to have a slab or crawlspace, keeping the space where the stairs are, and using that space for additional storage, walk in pantry, etc... The cost to modify 60118 would be $295 in addition to the plan package. Allow 5 to 7 working days. Thanks.
