A: We don’t design with gutters but the width and depth with the roof over hang is 69’-2” x 76’-2 ½”.
A: We have a CMU block slab foundation and a monolithic slab foundation. Make sure to indicate the client wants a monolithic slab on the order so that we send that one. If it isn’t noted, they will receive the CMU block slab foundation. If this customer is not in our State of Louisiana, they will receive plans that meet 2018 code.

A: Hi, We calculate square footage of the entire home using the outside of the walls. Room sizes are called out as interior sizes. Hallways/closets…are all included in the overall footage.
