Q:Hi. How many feet are between the island & stove? How much would it be to move the dishwasher & sink to the island and add a coffee bar where the dishwasher was?
A:We designed the island 4 feet away from the cooktop, as well as from the sink.
They may be able to do this minor change with a contractor or have a third-party modifier bid on it. We always suggest to verify with a local builder about field changes before purchase.

Q:What happens with the Bonus Room stair space if you don't do the bonus Room? Does it just get added to the Mudroom?
A:We do not have a version of this plan without the bonus room so that would be a plan modification. The use of the stair space would be their personal preference if they get the plan modified. Part of the stairspace can be utilized in the Laundry and area in front of the powder bath can be used for lockers or closet storage.
Q:What brick is shown on this house?
A:We call out painted brick. We do not specify any specific type of brick on our plans.
Q:I am looking at house plan 41455 and I was wanting to know the width and depth without the 3 car garage on this plan?
A:Without the garage, the width stays the same at 92’-1”. Depth decreases to 59’-10”.
Q:Hello. For plan 41455 if we wanted to put in a basement, where would the stairs go?
A:We haven’t designed the basement just yet, but would most likely slide the garage and bonus room stairs back and add the basement stairs where the bonus room stairs are now.
