A: Thanks for your interest in this design. We don’t offer full construction plans. However, these Conceptual plans do include PDFs (that you can print) amd AutoCAD files that your builder or local design professional can use to complete the plans as construction documents (CDs). This will actually allow you to make minor changes easily and also provide the exact foundation that you need for your building site and. More important, you’ll have a foundation that is suitable for where you’re building. Finally, by having the plans completed by a local designer will insure that they meet the local building codes and construction techniques.
