Structural Calculations – In certain areas, particularly those in earthquake and hurricane zones, permit departments may require you to submit structural calculations for your particular conditions. When required, you should consult with a local structural engineer.

Q: I fail to see a kitchen pantry and no linen closet in master bath or upstairs area. Do the plans have them but they just don't show up?

A: 1. I fail to see a kitchen pantry...THERE IS A PANTRY BUILT INTO THE CABINETS NEXT TO THE DESK PROVIDED BY CABINET INSTALLER BUT WE SHOW ON YOUR CONSTRUCTION DRAWING THAT YOU ORDER. 2. No linen closet in master bath-THERE IS A LINEN BUILT INTO MASTER CLOSETS BY OWNER'S CLOSET INSTALLER BUT WE WILL SHOW ON YOUR CONSTRUCTION DRAWING THAT YOU ORDER. 3. or upstairs area.WE WILL SHOW AT LOFT SPACE ON YOUR CONSTRUCTION DRAWING THAT YOU ORDER. 4. Do the plans have them but they just don't show up? ON YOUR CONSTRUCTION DRAWING THAT YOU ORDER.

Q: can you please specify how high the ceiling is in each room

A: Ceiling heights are 9 feet all rooms first and second flr except foyer n living room which is 20 feet.
