A: Thank you for your inquiry! The best option on this plan is to use Basement option #2. This plan has been used as a Bed and Breakfast house. With the basement option #2 this very well. As far as moving the kitchen near the Master Bedroom that we in tell quite abit of design change. I do have some very good interior photos of this house if you are interested.
