A:Hello, There is already an electrical plan included with the plans showing lighting, switch locations, outlets, and smoke detectors. There is no plumbing plan with any predrawn house plan. You would need to have a local designer, who is familiar with your codes to prepare a plumbing plan, and possibly revise or update the existing electrical plan to meet your codes, IF it doesnt already meet them. Codes vary greatly from city to city, and there is no way for us to be familiar with all of them. We can provide a "blank" copy of the floor plan for use by your local designer to do the plumbing plan, and/or update the electrical, if needed. Once you have purchased the plan package, contact me directly with the name and email adress of the designer you with to use, and we will take care of that as a courtesy.
