A:Good morning, Sure, We do offer a basement version of that plan. Its plan 59178. Notice it has two sets of stairs. The garage has been shifted forward four feet, which added a little footage in the hall, so the footage is now 2108 instead of 2067. Its exactly the same, other than that.
The basement follows the perimeter of the heated and cooled areas. So there is no basement under the porches, garage, or garage storage room. The basement comes as unfinished, with no exterior doors or windows shown down there. You would just add whatever you wanted, doors or windows, onsite with the builder.
If you need a walkout basement, or want us to add windows or doors in the basement, we could do a modification for you. If you did, tell us what you want, and we can provide you with a quote.

Q:Could I ask further on the siding issue please? Is it viynal siding or another type?
A:It shows horizontal siding, but does not specify what type. You could use vinyl or hardi-board (cement based siding), or any other type you like. I personally prefer the hardi-board brand siding. It does have to be painted, but it is stronger and looks better. Vinyl has less maintenance. Go look at the different types at your local building supply store, or ride around in neighborhoods. You will find something you like.
