Kitchen: 12’-2” x 11’-8” Half Bathroom: 5’-0” x 7’-10” Owners’ Bathroom: 15’-0” x 9’-6” Guest Bathroom: 5’-0” x 13’-0” Second Floor Bathroom: 4’-6” x 11’-0” The patio will vary based on if you install a pool and what size that is. As displayed there is approximately 6’ between the pool and the home. Please let us know if you have any other questions about this design.
