A: You can have prints run at your local print shop like Staples. I send out PDF’s. Slab foundations never make it easy for the HVAC. There is a chase at the end of the stairs. Using floor trusses on the second floor would be a good option. They can be sized by the supplier. For that you would need to add a “winder” tread at the landing.
