Q: I see the living square foot. What is the total square foot with the porches included
A: Good afternoon, The total under roof is 1924sq ft. This does not include a square footage for a basement foundation.
Q: I know that the plumbing is not included, but will the slab foundation show detail such as the drain placements? How in-depth is the floor plan?
A: Hello, No, the slab will not show the drain placements. If you were to bring the house plan to a plumbing company, they would be able to do the plumbing layout for you. The floor plan will include dimensions, window/door sizes, we even try to put beds and furniture on the floor plan so the customer can picture it better.
Q: do you have a slab option for this plan?
A: We currently have both slab foundations available for an additional $350. If the customer is wanting a Stem Wall/Raised slab foundation, it will be approximately 4-5 business days for it to be created but we do have the Monolithic slab ready to go. Call and ask for Bonnie if you would like to order with this option.
