A: Basement level is to be unfinished space that mirrors the main levels heated/cooled space, if a layout is needed for lower level showing heated/cooled space and walls – this would be achieved through our modification process.
A: I wanted to catch this one as the BSMT stairs are already shown on this plan. they are located near the great room so the footprint will not change when BSMT option is chosen.
