Q: Hello, Do you have different exterior elevation choices/pictures of Plan 82925? Interested in seeing options for the elevation. Also is there enough ceiling room to build an additional room above the garage? Thank you!
A: This is the only exterior option that is readily available for this plan. The plans could be modified to have a different exterior, but would require additional time and fees. Click the "Modifications" link to inquire. Currently, there is not enough headspace to have a room above the garage.
Q: For this specific plan, does it include "index, front view, definitions, etc." because the list of plan inclusions says the it "may" include these things. Also, does it include "dimensioned foundation plan with footing details" because it says that plans "typically" include that.
