A: The rectangular shape dashed lines in the Living Room are Skylights above in the ceiling. The house dashed line going front to back is noting that the ceiling in the house is vaulted.
A: You are correct –the D/W in the kitchen is the dishwasher and there is currently no place for a small washer/dryer in the house. The door in the kitchen is where the water heater is located. My suggestion would be to add a small closet beside the water heater and place the washer/dryer there. Regarding the living room and the walls simply surround the closet with a plant shelf above. This could be removed as well and the entry would open into a vaulted living room. To discuss modifying the plans, please call that department at 800-482-0464 ex. 410.
