Q: What are the roof pitches? And the outside where the porch wall comes down over the man door, what height is that? What height is the large garage door?

A: Hello, The roof pitches are 12/4 The ceiling height on both side bays is 10' The center garage door is 14' Thank you!

Q: What types of beams are you using to support the trusses? What sort of beam would be needed if I extended the garage to 50' Wide X 42'-44' Deep? Can one of the columns be removed? so there would be 1 central column per side of the central bay? (talked with Abe in customer service).

A: Glu-lam beams. Yes we can go to a double post in the middle with a slightly larger glu-lam beam. Please fill out a modification request form if you would like a quote for those changes.

Q: Are your plans IRC code?

A: Yes

Q: What are the widths of each section?

A: Interior widths are 13'-11" on the two side bays and 15'-6" in the center. Total interior dimensions are 43'-4"W X 39'-4"D. Exterior walls are 2X4.

Q: what are the door sizes?

A: The two side garage doors are 10'W X 8' H and the middle bay's door is 12'W X 14'H.

Q: Hello, Whats the distance from the main bay header to the middle plate? Im wondering if their is enough room for a storage area?

A: 6'-8" from the top of the garage door to the plate...

Q: Hello, what size are each of the three bays? What is the wall height of the two outer bays?

A: 14', 15', 14' inside
10'-8" plate right & left.... 20'-8" plate middle

Q: What is the snow raitings and will this meet state coder for Utah?

A: Snow is at 50 lbs per sq' and yes this plan is designed to the IRC 2009..
