Roof Details: show slope, pitch and location of dormers, gables and other roof elements, including clerestory windows and skylights. These details may be shown on the elevation sheet or on a s eparate diagram. Q: Could i see a truss layout for the vaults on the ceilings ,as to where they lay out for the kitchen and fireplace area
A: We do not provide truss layouts with the plans. These come directly from the truss manufacturer.
Q: How much space is there in the kitchen between counters?
A: 5ft
Q: Is there a way to add the basement steps without taking away the pantry and the storage area in the garage? Also can the basement steps be straight into the basement without a curve. We have a stair lift that we would like to continue using for the basement. Can that be done by enlarging the garage area and what would the cost be.
A: This is feasible. Fee would be $425.00 to prepare the modifications. This fee is in addition to the minimum PDF plan package.
