Start your dream house journey today!
Affordable Ranch House Plan With Large Covered Porches
Let's take a look at the special features you'll get with Affordable Ranch House Plan 80895. Firstly, the large front and rear porches offer plenty of space for those family gatherings. The front porch measures 32 feet wide by 8 feet deep, and the ceiling is vaulted above the front double door. Moving around the back of the house, we find the wide back porch which measures 36'4 wide by 11'6 deep. There is no limit when it comes to outdoor entertaining! Choose the grill you've always wanted and add a picnic table big enough to hold every person in the family as well as all the fixings for your salad and steak and hamburgers.
Secondly, the floor plan is open, yet the spaces are well defined. For example, walk inside and land in the great room with vaulted ceiling. Use a rustic beam to highlight the height in your ceiling, and it will draw your eye to the beautiful fireplace and surrounding built-ins. Next, traffic flows into the dining room which is located between two more thick ceiling beams. Employ a long farmhouse table to fill this space. Thirdly, the kitchen will appeal to the person in your family who loves to host because it has a huge island for preparing meals. Not only that, but there is a walk-in pantry with countertop, shelves, or cabinets. The storage options are up to you!
3 Bedroom Home + Home Office
Many of our clients are now insisting on a home office. Affordable Ranch House Plan 80895 does not disappoint. There is a hallway coming off the dining room on the right side, and it leads to the home office and to the master suite. Your home office is an L-shaped design with built-in desk and hutch to keep your organized. The master suite measures 14 feet wide by 16.5 feet deep, and it leads to a great ensuite with two LARGE walk-in closets. There's also a private toilet closet, walk-in shower with bench, stand alone tub, and his and her vanities. Best of all, one of the closets opens into the laundry room. Once you have use of this feature, you'll never want to go back to having a separate laundry room.
Note the split floor plan—the children's bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Both kids have a walk-in closet, and they share a bathroom off the hallway. It has a long counter with two sinks and a combination tub/shower. Speaking of kids, don't miss the details: the back entry has a locker drop zone where the kids can leave their shoes and sporting equipment before venturing farther into the home. To conclude, this home has everything your family could need.

Q:For the crawlspace foundation plan, does it include CMU block stem walls? if so how high? What siding material is shown on the plans? Do the plans include girder, floor joists, and girder supports or do they have to be designed?
A:Crawlspace is designed with CMU stemwall and interior support piers. The height of stemwalls will depend on the topography at your construction site. Exterior material shown is brick with board and batten on gable ends. Plans include the location of beams and joists, but the sizing must be done locally to accommodate loads present at your site.
