Texas Ranch House Plan at Family Home Plans
Texas Ranch House Plan 51987 has 3,366 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Every bedroom has a bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition, the home offers an outdoor kitchen on the rear porch. This home has a big pantry, laundry room, and game room. Bigger is better in Texas. This Texas Ranch Style Home Plan has everything you want and more!
Texas Ranch House Plan With Rustic Appeal
Earthy materials such as stone and wood give your home curb appeal. Stone siding is used as an accent on one wall of the exterior. We used stone as skirting and for the base of the porch columns. The porch columns lend to the rustic aesthetic of the home because they are thick and heavy. The dark stain matches the double front door and the decorative gable of the covered front porch.
Texas Ranch House Plan 51987 has two covered porches. The vaulted ceiling on the front porch is continued to the rear porch. Your family will have so much room to relax on the back porch because it measures 19' wide by 19’6 deep. The vaulted ceiling makes the space feel even bigger. Set up the optional outdoor kitchen with your favorite finishes. Give your kitchen a break. Flip burgers and grill steak outside at any time of the year.
Texas Ranch House Plan With Open Living Space
Your first thought upon entering the great room will be: “This is big!” The great room is big in every direction you look, whether it’s up or around. The ceiling is vaulted, and the room is 18’4 wide by 18’10 deep. One wall has a gas log fireplace surrounded by built-ins. Light floods inside because of the double door and windows on the porch side. Not to mention, the open wall into the kitchen further opens the space. Traffic flows smoothly throughout the living area.
We love the kitchen with its L-shaped, walk-in pantry. The pantry includes a freezer, shelves, and prep counter. Finish the kitchen in Texas Ranch House Plan 51987 with stone counters, floor-to-ceiling cabinets, and of course, the ever-popular stainless steel appliances. Lots of kids can sit at the island eating bar. They can finish homework here in the kitchen and tell you about their day. The dining room is set off by a beamed, tray ceiling. Natural light brightens this room due to the windows on two sides.
House Plan With Walk-in Closet and Bathroom in Every Bedroom
That’s right, every bedroom has a bathroom and walk-in closet! The biggest and best is the master bedroom which is located on the left side of the house. This Texas Ranch House Plan has a split-bedroom layout. The primary bedroom has a giant ensuite. We’ve included a custom shower, separate tub, his and her vanities, two linen closets, and private water closet. The closet measures 13’2 wide by 7’4 deep which affords the couple plenty of storage space for those 10 gallon hats.
The children’s bedrooms are located on the right side of the house. Each bedroom has a good-sized walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. In addition, the kids will love that they have a game room right outside of their bedrooms. It features a tray ceiling and wide open space for an air hockey table or billiards table. Store the game supplies in the small closet to keep the clutter down.
