Designed to make efficient use of a sloping homesite, this split-level plan creates natural separation between gathering spaces and private living areas while continuing the Garlinghouse tradition of attractive, practical homes built for generations of American families.

The kitchen serves as the functional heart of the home, providing generous workspace, practical cabinetry, and efficient circulation between the surrounding living and dining areas. Whether preparing everyday meals or hosting holiday celebrations, the kitchen allows the cook to remain connected with family activities while supporting effortless entertaining.
Adjacent living and dining spaces provide comfortable settings for everything from quiet family dinners to larger celebrations. The split-level design gives each room its own identity while maintaining an easy, natural flow throughout the home, creating a balance between formal and casual living that continues to appeal to today's homeowners.
The private owner's suite offers a peaceful retreat complete with a spacious bedroom, private ensuite bathroom, and generous closet space. Positioned away from the home's primary gathering areas, the suite provides welcome privacy while remaining conveniently connected to the rest of the home.
Three additional bedrooms provide exceptional flexibility for growing families, overnight guests, or changing household needs. These rooms can easily serve as children's bedrooms, guest accommodations, hobby rooms, or home offices while sharing convenient access to the home's additional bathrooms.
