Attract Home Buyers Who Have an Eye For Curb Appeal
Traditional House Plan 41413 has excellent curb appeal for three reasons.
Firstly, the Craftsman style front porch attracts attention. Wooden columns have brick bases, and the stain color matches the front door. Homeowners love the country appeal of the wraparound porch as well. The porch measures 42'10 wide by 6' deep.
Secondly, the home features a combination of exterior materials. Red brick complements vertical white siding. Gray shingles complement the dark gray tin roof of the porch.
Thirdly, subtle details add charm. Board and batten shutters complement the window boxes. Fill them with colorful flowers to really make an impact on curb appeal.
Appeal to Home Buyers Who Love the Outdoors
Families are spending more time outside because of health concerns. As a result, this Traditional House Plan With Outdoor Kitchen will sell quickly.
Families will appreciate the abundant outdoor space. The rear covered porch measures 18' wide by 16'2 deep. It has a 10' ceiling which makes the space feel even larger.
Think of the outdoor kitchen as a blank slate. For example, you can opt for a simple arrangement with a grill. Or you can design a luxury outdoor kitchen. Add a pizza oven and coffee bar for maximum effect.
In addition, there is an extended porch measuring 18' wide by 8'2 deep. In the evening, you can lounge and enjoy the backyard view.

Previous Q & A
Q:Would you be able to tell me the measurements for the butler pantry hall width, length and cabinet width/depth?
A:Good morning!
Cottageville butler pantry is 4’ x 8’-10” inside wall to inside wall.
The base cabinets are 2’ deep and the upper cabinets are 1’ deep. Both are 4’ wide.
Thanks and have a great day!
Q:Good morning- can you let me know which version of AutoCAD files I would receive please- i want to make sure that we can modify, as needed. We have AutoCAD LT 2020 thanks
A:All cad files are saved as 2013dwgs.
Q:What does the timber on brick mean?
A:Wood beam on brick coulmn
Q:For the crawlspace, does it show the footer plan?
A:yes
Q:Is there any way to get pictures if the inside? I would like to know how high off the floor windows are, or how big the sink space is, etc. Thank you.
A:Good morning,
Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our customers to provide photos of completed homes and have none of this particular plan.
We do have building elevations drawn in Autocad and renderings but they are all already on your website.
If they have particular questions, I’ll be happy to answer any.
As far as the questions listed, all of the windows in the front and on the left side of the house measure 2 ft from the finish floor to the bottom of the window. The master bath on the right side measures 2’-9”. In the back, it varies. 2’-0 at bedroom 3, 1’-0 in the great room, 2’-6 at the kitchen window, 2’-0 in the master bedroom, and 3’-6 in the master bath. As far as sink space size, I assume they want the measurements for any counters that sinks are on. It varies from room to room. In the kids bathroom, one side is 3’-6 and the other is 3’-5 ½ with a 2 ft wide linen between them. In the kitchen, the counter top is 10’-1” long from the wall to the refrigerator. The master bath has a 2 ft wide linen, then 4’ of sink space, 2’-4 knee space, then 3’-2 ½” for another sink. And the counter with a sink in the laundry room is 5’-8 ½”.
Q:Can this plan be done on a basement and if so, where would those stairs be placed? Hopefully, this has been done before.
A:Already done
Q:What is the size of the hidden gun safe?
A:The safe has to fit thru a 36” door and around 66” tall
Q:What format is the CAD plan? What program do you need to run it
A:Autocad version 10 or later
Q:What is the roof pitch?
A:9:12
