QUICK Cost-To-Build estimates are not available for specialty plans and construction such as garage / apartment, townhouse, multi-family, hillside, flat roof, concrete walls, log cabin, home additions, and other designs inconsistent with the assumptions outlined in Item 1 above.

Q: re-sending questions. 1. Do you have an example of the document you provide giving us a copyright so I can show this to my lumber company. 2. Can you confirm or provide an example of everything I would get in both the PDF version. I would also like to see an example of what I would get if I upgraded to the CAD option. If you could email me a copy of a house plan (does not need to be the house we are interested in) in both pdf and dwg format, I would really appreciate that

A: I do not typically give out "extra" plans pdf or dwg for verifying our work. copyright license is written into our general notes. Our plans meet the minimum general requirements given to us from the publishers... on their page they have a list of those items that you will receive
