Q: Will just the city and state suffice when ordering plans? I don't have a property yet, but no where I would like to build.
A: Does this customer have a road name? If not, we might have another agreement that could help them still get the house plan.
Q: If we choose the basement option, and the staircase is added, what will the outside of the house look like?
A: It takes in part of the rear porch, the front looks the same.

Q: Is there enough room for my builder to make 3 foot openings to the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms?
A: It would take a little adjustment to the halls – they have 32” doors now and bath 2 would need to be adjusted.
Q: Hello. I am building a barndominium and would like to use this plan to finish it out. Are there any special considerations I should be thinking about? The barn will be on posts and there won't be any load baring walls within the structure. I plan to run the duct work for heating and air in the ceiling.
A: This plan uses pre-engineered roof trusses so no interior walls are load-bearing.
