Site Plans – If required, this information must be obtained locally to include the information specific to your individual property.
Structural Calculations – In certain areas, particularly those in earthquake and hurricane zones, permit departments may require you to submit structural calculations for your particular conditions. When required, you should consult with a local structural engineer.

View Attached FileA: The crawlspace is just a foundation option that can be purchased if you do not wish to build on a slab foundation. It is a raised, wood framed, floor system with a small airspace beneath. Heights will vary based on your lot conditions. The foundation plan for the crawlspace will include the location of piers, beams, footings, etc. for your builder to be able to construct the foundation. Beam and joist sizes will need to be verified locally based on the load requirements for your building site.

A: Roof plan includes bird's eye view of roof with all pitches labeled. Span charts are included for rafter sizing. There is a suggested breaker box location, but this will depend on the location of utilities on your site.
