Q: Would there be any issues with this plan using a 3 to 4ft stem wall foundation using ICF blocks? Possibly with he living space and garage on the icf stem wall, while the porch potion was on equal height stilts?
A: I suppose it is possible. However, ICF forms are very specific to each manufacturer, so they are not all the same. You would need to have your foundation plan drawn by the ICF manufacturer that you choose, or by a local engineer with knowledge of your ICF system.
