Q: what's the height if eliminate the observation deck? we are limited to 44

A: If the height is measured from ground floor to top of ridge, the height would be 50’-4 5/8” without the observation deck. We would recommend verifying how the building height is measured as this can vary per jurisdiction and flood elevation. Please let me know if you need anything else from us.

Q: Hi we are considering using convertingthe strage area on the first level to a mother in law suite with this plan. Do you foresee any challenges with our thoughts around this?
