Combining at the same time a double garage and comfortable living accommodations, this house never ceases to gain in popularity. On the main level, we can first appreciate a most practical garage by its important depth and the fact that it will allow its owners a more than adequate apartment and the possibility of integrating a workbench over the entire rear wall. On the upper level, an ‘L’ shaped kitchen allows space enough for a table for 6 in a well lit space and, on the opposite side of the central staircase, we find a quite comfortable living room, also as well lit. As for the resting areas, we can appreciate two bedrooms, each having a large closet as well as a shower room with independent toilet and shower, without forgetting access to a beautiful outside terrace for each of the bedrooms.

  If you are purchasing a BCIN number for Ontario customers, and wish to purchase the PDF, a copy per Ontario rules must be mailed as well. There is no charge for the actual copy, but shipping on the copy must be purchased.
