A: There are general notes as to what method is used (continuous sheathing), but no calculations. Very rarely needed in my experience, but a few areas do want calculations (Charlotte NC for seem insane reason).
A: Three quick ones. 1) how large is the pictured vanity in the full bath? 30" ) how wide is the powder room? 3' 3) is there a way to design this with a basement? No way for a basement with inside access.
A: The CAD fle price should be on the web site. I send CAD files out in Autocad DWG format.
